The reality

Why are so many applications refused?

Canadian immigration is a complex, ever-changing system. Without structured guidance, mistakes are costly.

Incomplete or poorly prepared files
Missing or mis-formatted documents lead to immediate refusals — even for eligible profiles.
Wrong immigration program chosen
Choosing the wrong pathway wastes months and money. Profile analysis is decisive.
💸
Refusal fees + repeated delays
Each refusal generates non-refundable fees and extends the timeline by 6 to 24 months.
⚠️
Unregulated intermediaries
"Agents" without legal status cause irreparable damage: document fraud, inadmissibility.

Credibility

A regulated firm,
not just an "agent"

Canadian law requires that only lawyers and RCICs can legally represent clients before IRCC. Everything else is illegal.

Active RCIC status — License number verifiable on CICC public register
Professional liability insurance — Client protection guaranteed
Mandatory continuing education — Permanent regulatory updates
Strict code of ethics — Confidentiality, transparency, honesty
Mandatory service contract — Your rights are contractually protected
🍁 RCIC / CICC Regulated

What working with an RCIC means

A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant is authorized by Immigration Canada (IRCC) to legally represent clients. It's the only guarantee that your interests are protected by law.

Legal representation before IRCC
Professional and disciplinary accountability
Contractual client protection

🚫 What we don't do

✕ Promise guaranteed approval — no one can legally do so
✕ Use falsified or altered documents
✕ Advise false statements to IRCC officers
✕ Charge hidden fees not specified in the contract
✕ Work with profiles sanctioned for fraud

Complex Cases

Received a visa refusal?

A refusal is not the end. It's a signal. A proper analysis of the refusal letter allows us to build an effective corrective application.

The most common refusal grounds — and how we address them:

01
Insufficient ties to home country
The officer fears you won't return. We prepare documentation proving your economic, family and social ties.
02
Insufficient or poorly presented proof of funds
A bank statement alone is not enough. The source, stability and coherence of funds must be demonstrated.
03
Mismatch between profile and migration project
The program chosen doesn't match the applicant's actual profile. Upfront analysis avoids this costly mistake.
04
Prior immigration history (previous refusals)
Every past refusal must be explained and contextualized in the new file. Silence is interpreted unfavorably.
05
Incorrectly completed forms
An error in employment dates, addresses or travel history can lead to a refusal for misrepresentation.

Our appeal approach

🔎
Legal analysis of refusal letterPrecise identification of grounds cited and applicable points of law.
📊
Appeal viability assessmentFull honesty: we tell you whether an appeal has realistic chances or not.
🛠️
File reconstructionWeaknesses corrected, evidence strengthened, new explanation letter drafted.
⚖️
Appeal or new applicationAs appropriate: IAD/RPD appeal, reconsideration request or optimized new submission.

Frequently Asked Questions

What our clients ask

How long does a study permit take?+
Processing times range from 4 to 16 weeks depending on nationality and processing office. Some profiles qualify for the Student Direct Stream (SDS) which can accelerate the process. We give you a precise estimate after analyzing your profile.
Can approval be guaranteed?+
No — and beware of anyone who promises otherwise. The final decision always belongs to an IRCC immigration officer. Our role is to maximize your chances by presenting the strongest possible application. Our 95% success rate reflects our work quality, not an impossible guarantee.
What CRS score do I need for Express Entry?+
Invitation thresholds (ITA) vary by draw: between 470 and 560 for general all-programs draws, and sometimes lower for targeted provincial (PNP) or occupation-specific draws. The right strategy is to optimize every factor: language, education, experience, job offer, provincial nomination. We do this optimization work with you.
How many days do I need for Canadian citizenship?+
You must have been physically present in Canada for at least 1,095 days (3 years) in the 5 years before your application. You must also have filed your tax returns, have adequate knowledge of English or French, and pass the knowledge test. We verify your eligibility and prepare a complete application.
My status has expired — what should I do?+
If your temporary status (study permit, work permit, visitor record) has expired, you generally have 90 days to file a status restoration application. It is critical to act without delay. Contact us immediately — we handle these cases urgently to preserve your rights.
How much does full support cost?+
Professional fees vary by program type and file complexity. The initial consultation ($160 CAD) defines the precise scope and you receive a detailed quote before any commitment. IRCC government fees are always additional, paid directly to Immigration Canada.
Can I work while studying in Canada?+
Yes: international students can work up to 20 hours per week off-campus during academic sessions, and without limit during official breaks. The work permit is included in the study permit — no separate application needed.
What's the difference between an RCIC and an "immigration agent"?+
An RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) is authorized by Canadian law to represent clients before IRCC. An unregulated "agent" has no recognized legal status, cannot represent their client, and if problems arise, you have no recourse. Working with a non-RCIC exposes you to fraud and severe penalties including inadmissibility.
