9. Privacy Incidents

In the event of an incident involving your personal information (unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or theft), we apply the following procedure:

Immediate recording of the incident in our internal privacy incident register.
Assessment of the risk of serious harm to the individuals concerned.
Notification to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) as soon as possible if a serious risk of harm is identified, in accordance with Quebec Law 25.
Notification to affected individuals if the risk of harm is serious.

10. Transfers Outside Quebec

Some of our technical service providers may process or store your data outside Quebec. Before any transfer, we ensure your information receives adequate protection in accordance with Law 25:

Calendly — online appointment booking (servers in the United States).
Web3Forms — contact form submissions (servers in the United States).

These transfers are governed by contractual clauses ensuring an equivalent level of protection. No sensitive immigration data is transmitted to these providers.
